I am a former fellowee that visited your country in 1998 attending the SEMINAR FOR SME's DEVELOPMENT POLICY ASSISTANCE IN TAIWAN, R.O.C., sponsored by the ICDF and coordinated by the SBIAC.
Actually I am a member in the Board of Directors of the Former Salvadoran Fellowees in the ROC; and for that purpose I keep close communication with officers in the ROC's Embassy in El Salvador.
